Christmas is coming, Christmas is coming! I feel like a kid in a candy store because Christmas means I get to see my husband! As I’m writing this I’m missing him so much. I just saw my husband off as he was getting on a Greyhound on the way to Oklahoma. He’ll be there for six weeks (except Christmas, thank goodness) as he attends an orientation for a potential new job. My heart is with him, but my body is still stuck in Jersey. Sigh.
Anyway, aren’t you guys getting excited for the holidays? No matter what holiday you celebrate, I hope you all get to spend it with your family. I’m not much of a planner so I’m always purchasing gifts last minute. Last year was a disaster in terms of gifting meaningful, special gifts so I’m hoping that I still have time if I start planning today! That’s why I created this blog post, Last Minute Christmas Gifts for Her. Is it just me or is it easier to shop for women rather than men?
This post contains affiliate links, at no additional cost to you. That just means I get a percentage, at no additional cost to you, if a sale is made through one of the sites mentioned below!
For the charitable lady in your life
Pura Vida bracelets is the perfect gift for someone who likes to shop for a cause. When you purchase a bracelet online from Pura Vida you are supporting local artisans from Costa Rica and dozens of charities worldwide. Right now they have a special holiday offer HOLIDAY20 for 20% off, but I have an even better deal for you. Buy within the next two days, and get 30% off your entire order with the code DOUBLEDAY30.
For the Craft Superstar
I love this darn thing! This is a Cricut machine; it’s used especially for scrapbooking and other crafty projects. Create holiday cards, iron ons, and beautiful designs for your DIY projects. With my link you have up to the 16th of December to get two day shipping with your purchase on Cricut!
For the Student
I wouldn’t have gotten far in my English class this semester if I didn’t have Grammarly! At first I was skeptical of a grammar checker I had to pay for, but I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did. It catches more errors than any free spell checker on the internet. It also provides you with an in-depth explanation as to why something is wrong. In addition to scanning your text Grammarly uses mores than 250 grammar rules, from subject-verb agreement to article use to modifier placement, to check your writing.
You can choose from either a monthly plan for $29.95, quarterly for $19.95, or annual plan for $11.66. Grammarly does not offer gift cards at this time, but it’s a perfect purchase for a family member who’s taking college classes.
For the Fashionista
Good Night Macaroon is an online boutique I discovered that sells the cutest clothing pieces. Prices range from $30 to $120 for most items on the site. Right now they’re having a sale on the site for the holidays so make sure to take advantage of it!
Hope you guys enjoy these four last minute Christmas ideas! Is there anything else you’d like to add to this list? Share it with us in the comments below!
